You pay the carrier's actual rate — the same discounted rate we'd pay — plus one Label Generation Fee. That's it. No subscription, no hidden margin baked into the postage.
The Label Generation Fee
- Carrier rate under $5.00 → the fee is a flat $0.75.
- Carrier rate $5.00 or more → the fee is $0.10 per dollar of the carrier rate.
- The fee is never less than $1.00 and never more than $5.00.

No per-label card charges
Top up your Billyship wallet once from the Billing page and labels deduct from it in a single click — no card-processing pass-through on each label. Balances never expire, and voided-label refunds go straight back to your wallet. You can also withdraw your available balance by request: withdrawal requests are reviewed manually and processed within 5–10 business days, and refunds are issued only to the original payment method used to fund your wallet. If a carrier adjusts a shipment (usually a weight or dimension difference), the difference is passed through at cost.
