What we collect
To create shipping labels we collect the details a carrier requires: your name and contact information, shipment and package addresses, and package weight and dimensions. Payment information is processed by our payment provider — we never store your card number.
How we use it
We use your information to create and track your shipments, process wallet top-ups and label purchases, and keep a record of your shipment history. Carrier and tracking data is shared with the carrier for each shipment you create — that's how labels work. We use the Meta Pixel to measure advertising and understand how visitors use our site; it may collect information about your visit (such as pages viewed) through cookies, which Meta can use to serve and measure ads. We do not send Meta your shipment details or the contents of your packages.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use your shipment data for advertising.
Your choices
You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. Transaction records may be retained as required for accounting and dispute purposes.
