Using Billyship
Billyship lets you buy discounted USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipping labels. You agree to provide accurate package details (address, weight, dimensions) and to follow each carrier's rules, including restrictions on hazardous and prohibited items.
Pricing and fees
You pay the carrier's actual rate plus our Label Generation Fee ($0.75 on carrier rates under $5; otherwise $0.10 per dollar of the carrier rate, with a $1.00 minimum and a $5.00 maximum). Optional services such as signature or insurance are charged at the carrier's actual cost, shown before you pay, and are included in the carrier rate the Label Generation Fee is calculated on. If a carrier adjusts a shipment, the difference is passed through at cost.
Wallet and refunds
Wallet top-ups create a prepaid balance used to buy labels. Balances do not expire. Labels voided before the carrier's first scan are refunded to your wallet as account credit. Labels already in transit cannot be voided. You can request a withdrawal of your available balance from the Billing page: withdrawal requests are reviewed manually and processed within 5–10 business days, refunds are issued only to the original payment method used to fund your wallet, and the requested amount is held (not spendable) while the request is under review.
Liability
Once a package is in a carrier's network, delivery is the carrier's responsibility. Claims for lost or damaged packages are handled by the carrier under its terms, using the tracking number for your shipment.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of Billyship after a change means you accept the updated terms.
